Your wedding day is guaranteed to be a worry free event when you choose High Cliff. The following are just some of the items that are provided on a complimentary basis:
Linen napkins, china, flatware and glassware at your dinner table setting.
Oval Tables (up to 300 people).
Microphone and dance floor will be provided. The cake table, gift table and head table will all be elegantly skirted for your special event.
Simple decorating (i.e. setting out your party favors, disposable cameras, place cards, etc) will be placed out by our staff. This leaves your wedding day free to socialize with your friends and family! No glitter or confetti and nothing on wallpaper walls or hanging from valances please.
There is no charge for the banquet room to hold your reception. For the year 2005 we do require a $3,500 food sales minimum to book our Cliffside Ballroom on a Saturday evening. This amount constitutes the minimum you will be required to spend in food and excludes beverages, gratuities, and tax. In addition to your dinner, the minimum does include any hors d' oeuvres you might wish to add or any snacks you may have during your reception. We offer off season food minimum discounts.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reception definite with us. Your deposit will be directly applied toward your food and/or beverage bill.
The remainder of your total charges will be due the day of your reception. Payment may be made by check, cashiers check or credit card. There is an additional 3% charge for using credit cards. All food and beverage prices are subject to change and are revised on a yearly basis.
Complimentary beer may start after dinner only when room is cleared of tables.
For elegant wedding receptions we have lights and netting available for rent.
Our current cake cutting fee is $50, unless cake is served as a dessert with dinner. This fee includes the cake cutting as well as the service of your cake. We will allow you to cut and serve your own cake should you wish to eliminate this charge.
A 15% service charge and 5% sales tax will be added to your final food and beverage bill. There is no extra charge for our expert wedding staff.
